What Does a Specific Upper Cervical Adjustment Look Like?

With Upper Cervical Chiropractic having multiple techniques within itself, sometimes it can be easy to wonder what the difference is.

If you don’t know the difference, today I am posting videos of the various techniques to give you an idea.

Atlas Orthogonal

Below is a video of video on how the Atlas Orthogonal instrument, developed by Dr. Roy Sweat, works and what the adjustment looks like.

You can also see it done on Montel Williams here

Blair

Click here to see a Blair analysis and adjustment.

Knee Chest

You can watch B.J. Palmer performing the Knee Chest adjustment here.

NUCCA

Sadly, I could not find any videos anywhere showing the actual NUCCA adjustment by itself. The only place I know of where you can see at least part of the NUCCA adjustment is on the Good Morning America segment about Upper Cervical Chiropractic reducing high blood pressure. I’ll post it again here.

If anyone has video of an actual NUCCA adjustment and can send me either the video or a link to a video, please do. I’ll post it here so everyone can see for themselves.

Orthospinology

Next is a video of Dr. Julie Mayer Hunt, one of the doctors featured in The Power of Upper Cervical, performing an adjustment using the Orthospinology technique.

Toggle Recoil

Finally, here is a video of a toggle recoil adjustment performed by Dr. Eddie Weller.

Here you can watch a toggle recoil adjustment on a child, also done by Dr. Weller.

Hopefully, if you were confused by the difference in all the various Upper Cervical Chiropractic techniques before, you aren’t anymore.
