This year’s annual Blair Conference will be in Atlanta, GA.
It will be held at the W Hotel Downtown. The address is:
45 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30308
The dates of the Conference will be September 18th- September 19th. Free lodging is available for the first 40 students.
The price of the conference is as follows:
Primary Doctor: $295
Associate Doctor (attending with Primary Doctor): $245
Student: $75
You can register for the event here.
It will be a great time. I went to my first Blair Conference last year in Dallas and it was great. It my first opportunity to meet people like Dr. Drew Hall, Dr. Tom Forest, Dr. Darren White, Dr. John Hilpisch, and others.
Dr. Drew Hall made it a collective goal of the Blair Society to have at least 500 doctors and students in attendance this year. Let’s all make this happen together.
Besides, anytime you get Drew Hall and Tom Forest in the same room together, you never know what will happen. Here’s a preview.
Upper Cervical Commercials
At Upper Cervical Evolution two weekends ago, a number of “commercials” were debuted, one of which was the one above. Here are the rest of them.

This baby had a suspiciously familiar voice. I wonder who it sounds like…
Special Announcement
I had the chance to meet a lot of people at Evolution, doctors and fellow students alike. I was asked time and again how I do it i.e. go through school, read Upper Cervical material, have a family, and maintain this blog. I don’t really have an answer. I just do it.
However, blogging is a hobby to me. It just so happens I’ve been able to blend my hobby and my passion into one, and this site has been the product.
I am a huge fan of Social Media and Web 2.0.
Obviously.
In fact, I was on the edge of my seat with excitement when Darren White and Shawn Dill spoke about these very topics at Evolution. They both encouraged people to start their own blogs, which can be done easily at WordPress.com or Blogger.
While these sites are easy to use, there’s nothing like having your very own self-hosted blog. It gives you more legitimacy, as well as the opportunity to create an authoritative presence online.
Because of this, I have decided to write a series of how-to posts to teach everyone how to actually set up, market, and effectively write their very own self-hosted blog.
I am positive I have done more reading and research on this topic than most people in the entire chiropractic profession. Because of this, I’m excited to share my knowledge with others.
This week, Tomorrow and Thursday, I will post a two-part article on The Science of Chiropractic Blogging. Next week, I will cover The Art of Chiropractic Blogging, and in two weeks, I will close out the series with The Philosophy of Chiropractic Blogging.
There you go. The Science, Art, and Philosophy of chiropractic applied to the world of blogging. It should be fun!

I love your mission! I know there will be an explosion of content on the web in the next coming weeks. I will piggy back on your lead with some great tips and tricks to get people going FAST! You Rock!
Thanks Darren! I want an explosion of content as well… If I can assist in that happening so that we can take back the name of chiropractic from the medipractors, I’m happy to do it.
Awesome! I am proud of you for taking the time to share with others (especially UC DC’s) how to set up professional blogs so the word about real ‘health care’ can get out to the masses! Keep it up babe!
