When I posted What Does A Specific Upper Cervical Adjustment Look Like back in March, it was meant to be an example of what each technique looked like. The only exceptions were Blair and NUCCA. I couldn’t find a good representation of either at the time.

I still haven’t found a video of a good NUCCA adjustment. However, I have found an excellent example of the Blair analysis and adjustment that you can watch here today. This is a spot on look at how Blair is done properly.

I hope that gives everyone a good look at how Blair is done correctly.

I’m still hunting for a good NUCCA video. If someone has one, let me know and I will post it for everyone to see.
