Zach,

Thank you very much. I mean it when I say that a compliment from you is a high honor. I miss you terribly...such good times and conversations we shared. I was glad to spend some time with you and your beautiful family in St. Louis. 'Til we meet again, my friend.

Cheers to Ryan for being such an upstanding public thinker and soon to be upper cervical doctor. On certain skeptic websites (I like to call them Septics) the constant image tossed around is of the knuckle-dragging BJ enthusiast. While we certainly have our 'true believers' I'm so impressed by the level of thoughtfulness that so many of my UC colleagues bring to practice. Ryan is just one more testimony to the higher calling of this work.
