2009 Blair Annual Conference to Feature Dr. Kirk Eriksen

by Brandon Harshe, DC on July 21, 2009

Dr. Kirk Eriksen, Blair ConferenceThe keynote speaker at this year’s Blair Conference is Dr. Kirk Eriksen, author of Upper Cervical Subluxation Complex, as well as co-author of Orthospinology Procedures. Dr. Eriksen is one of the premier researchers, not just within the world of upper cervical, but in the chiropractic profession as a whole.

The conference will be September 18-19 at the W Hotel Downtown Atlanta, GA. The address is 45 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd, Atlanta, GA, 30308. Prices for the event are $295 for primary doctors, $245 for associate doctors, and $75 for students. You can register for the conference here.

There is still FREE lodging for approximately 10-11 students, so if you are in chiropractic school, go register right away.

I went to the Blair Conference last year in Dallas and I can say it was a great event. All of the doctors were very welcoming to the students. That was the first time I got to meet Blair docs like Darren White, Drew Hall, Tom Forest, and John Hilpisch, just to name a few. I got to hear Dan Murphy and Tony Palermo speak for the first time as well.

Just being in that environment, around doctors that truly loved their profession was an inspiring sight to behold. Having been to seminars where people tried to overcome their apathy for chiropractic and worry about their finances by some cheesy, lovey-dovey, motivational practice management guru, the Blair Conference was a breath of fresh air. I felt so pumped up about chiropractic, and more importantly, upper cervical and Blair after that event.

I highly, highly recommend people go, including those doctors and students that lean toward or actually practice Orthospinology. Dr. Kirk Eriksen is a great speaker and the fact that he is speaking at the Blair Conference is a testament to the unity that has been forged within upper cervical.

So don’t wait. Go register for the Blair Conference now. See you in Atlanta!
