grocery store scootersOnce intended for people with true physical handicaps, the grocery store scooter has become the ride of choice for lazy, unhealthy people across the country.

Every time I see one of the scooters occupied in the grocery store, it is almost always by someone who has completely and blatantly neglected their health, due to a mindset of laziness. The grocery store scooter has become a sign of the horrible state of health in our nation.

In a day and age where walking is shunned in favor of the closest parking space, where playing with kids has taken a backseat to hours and hours of TV and computer games daily, it comes as no surprise that pushing a shopping cart has been replaced by driving around in one. We are surrounded by laziness at every turn!

fat scootersI have never driven one of those things, and I never will. As I said earlier, they are intended for people with true handicaps.

We, as a society, need to get up and move around. We need to get off the prescription drugs. We need to have the nervous system interference removed. We need to eat more raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. We need to think health!

Avoid the grocery store scooter. It is not for you, especially if you do all of the following:

Upper Cervical Chiropractic – If you have a misalignment of C1 or C2, your top two bones in the neck, chances are you have some interference at the level of your brain stem. When this interference is removed, you have a better chance of living life at your true potential. Without this aspect addressed correctly, 100% optimum health is not an option.

Eat more raw fruits and vegetables – The average American hardly eats any roughage and that is not a good thing. Boxed food is the cheapest, most convenient way to eat for people, especially families. But, by taking in at least 2 fruits and 3 vegetables a day, you can and will notice an increase in energy and vitality. Imagine if you upped that to 4-5 fruits and 5-7 vegetables a day! Who needs Kraft Mac N’ Cheese when you can eat an apple?

Exercise – Set a goal to do some kind of continuous exercise for 20 minutes, three times a week. You will notice more energy and more confidence. When that happens, you will want to do more. When you do more, your body will thank you by shedding pounds and gaining muscle.

Assess whether you really need those prescription drugs or not – Our bodies were created to be the most complete and most knowledgeable pharmacies ever created. What makes you think man knows better? A degree with some letters behind the name? Prescription drugs create more ailments than they help. Don’t drink the pharmaceutical kool-aid. You will never be healthy if you do.

It’s best not to judge. You may be riding in one of those carts someday. I used to always say that ai would never display a handicap plate on my car, but since my wife had 2 heart attacks, a leg amputation, and lost her eye sight, I now have a handicap plate on the car that sign advertising my upper cervical chiropractic business. And she uses the cart. We just don’t know what will happen in the future. I do know one thing for sure. Everyone is better off without a subluxation. Everyone will have a better quality of life without a subluxation. My wife is still alive even though her cardiologist told her she would die. She has been given a death sentance 3 times and actually died and came back o life. She attributes her being alive to upper cervical chiropractic. Just give the adjustment and let God do the rest.
