Every year the “flu season” takes effect and “flu marketing” inundates us at every turn. This year is different though. The swine flu has taken center stage and officials are recommending everyone get their H1N1 shot. They even recommend kids get two!
Well, this is not the first time the swine flu marketing campaign has occurred. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was manufactured and distributed based on UNCONFIRMED reports of swine flu breakouts. Then after the vaccine was tested, a new one was developed, and that new one, which went completely untested, went out to 46 million Americans.
When research WAS done, it was shown that an association was linked between the swine flu vaccine and neurological damage. However, that research was ignored and mass distribution commenced.
