True Feats of Strength

While Upper Cervical Chiropractic is the name of the game with this blog, there are other things people can do along with it to assist their Innate Intelligence in strengthening their immune systems.

Things like stress-management techniques, eating a healthy diet that consists of numerous fruits and vegetables, and exercise.

The video below, while unrealistic for most people to achieve, illustrates a level of physical fitness that boggles the mind. I thought it would be interesting for people to see. Enjoy!
